Last Night and Today, i am with the rest of the other students which at first there are an outsider for me, but now they are all my frenz who as team we work together to educate the truckers about CASTROL new product for Diesel Engine.. There are lot of thing tat i learn from this experience,besides educate them about the Castrol product, i am also learn and explore how the truckers life.. what they did n how much they earn for they living for every month as well as their trips from where to where, what they sent and where to and how they felt and how the manage their time. i did learn that..its experience.. here, i learn how to approach other people with our product how to tackle them, don't just let it go when they so NO.. they said so .. is becuase they felt awarkd.. try to be on their shoes.. try to speek like them.. even if u go to other places .. try to walk on other shoes.. be with them.. shake hand, and GIVE THEM 5 !!! hehe its the theme for the CAESTROL RX SUPER SAVER.
even they not so well educate, but truely they are educate in their field, one of my client said that " pak cik bleh tukar ni dik !! tp pak cik tukar trus, dia kna plan2 !! mcm gak nk tukar bini !! dia kna plan2 !! dia kna slow !! " ..
my role in within these days .. is the Value Zone !! which my role is to play like and instructor who explain to the trucker ... the good of these product !! and how it can save 5% of the usage of oil and diesel.. sort of la..
I Speak from early morning till afternoon...

but then, i love my jobs here..
cause i dont have to LEAD GEN which they job is to approach the truckers to come over our boot and i will explain in details.. their job is cover by the hot and sun...
gosh... panas2 panas2 but still these female promoter wanted to be there.. she said that she bored to stay in this booot.. at last she went there and approach the truckers..
there still bad and good..
but i dont wanna tell it..
obvious la when some1 come over to u.. with pen n paper what would u did??

Did i tell u how much i hate it when the sales guy come and starts his blah blah blah :p specially when he knows nothing technical just the script company provides him ?:p hehehehe :p

hah.. not most all the company give it.. you no.. like me castrol just giving us an introduction script but then all the details u have to elaborate on ur understanding !!
